I/We/Stoxsense offers two distinct service categories: (a) SEBI-regulated research services, including non-personalised trading calls; and (b) Investor-education courses. The scope of both the services are slightly different and are mentioned in each of the respective sections.
The terms applicable to one service category shall not automatically apply to the other service category. Purchasing an education course does not provide access to research calls, and purchasing research services does not automatically include an education course unless expressly stated.
Any material changes to all these ‘Terms of Use’ will be published with a revised effective date. Changes to voluntary clauses applicable to RA research services will be preceded by at least 7 days’ notice, as required. By registering on our website, or availing any of our services, all visitors and subscribers to our site shall be deem to have accepted the same.
In case of any inconsistency, applicable law and mandatory SEBI/RAASB requirements shall prevail, followed by the specific terms applicable to the service purchased, the Cancellations & Refund Policy and thereafter the general provisions of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The use of this website and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh only.
• The subscriber or any user voluntarily agrees to take above into consideration while making any personal investments decisions. Securities and derivatives involve market risk. Clients and learners remain responsible for their independent trading decisions. We / any stoxsense’s member shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or profit arising from such investments from the user, subscriber or the visitor.
• Research recommendations are non-personalised and clients remain responsible for their investment decisions. Education courses do not contain current security-specific recommendations.
• This website contains information about both investor-education courses and SEBI-regulated research services. Access to paid research recommendations is provided separately only after completion of the applicable RA onboarding process. This service does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
• Learning content is provided for investor education. Security-specific trading calls, including entry, target or stop-loss levels, are provided only as regulated research services and are not described as education, and these ideas are susceptible to the constant changes in the market conditions.
• A product name, description or disclaimer does not determine the regulatory character of a service. Any security-specific buy, sell or hold recommendation, trading call, price target or stop-loss target will be treated as a research service.
• Research and education content is subject to the applicable terms, risk disclosures and law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
• Any general limitation of liability stated on this website is subject to applicable law and mandatory SEBI/RAASB requirements and shall not restrict any regulatory or statutory right of a research-service client or education customer.
• We do not provide any guarantees in the stock market / share market. Every individual will be responsible for his or own fund/buying/selling and discretion for taking trades. We will have no legal responsibility or liability towards any loss or health, wealth, damages and is complete responsibility of the user/subscriber and user/subscriber only.
• Payments are service fees and/with applicable statutory charges. Refunds will be governed by the policy applicable to the service purchased and applicable law.
• For RA trading call related services, no fee will be charged and no research service will commence until the client’s consent to the applicable RA Terms and MITC has been obtained through a legally acceptable mode. However for education services, enrolment requires separate acceptance of the Education Terms and no such sign-off is required upfront to initiate the services.
